This mint green oval fascinator consists of a sinamay disc with black stripes and a hint of gold thread.
The fascinator has pretty matching feathers including a feather quill.

It can be worn as a headband or a clip which can both be slid onto the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place.
