Blue Flower on Lace Base Fascinator

A delightful blue lace fascinator with a sinamay beaded flower, with loops and feathers decoration.

This fascinator consists of an oval sinamay disc layered with a pretty lace design. The fascinator is decorated with sinamay beaded centre flowers and curls. The fascinator also has pretty matching feathers.
It can be worn as a headband or a clip which can both be slid onto the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place.

Both the clip and matching colour headband are supplied.
