Beautiful Black flower mesh fascinator with loops and feathers

This fascinator starts with a pretty mesh flower to the centre which is surrounded by mesh loops and matching coloured feathers. These sit perfectly on a large mesh base which features a lined pattern.

It can be worn as a headband or a clip which can both be slid onto the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place.
